This profile is all about exploring new high-gain tones that inspire fresh and creative solo ideas. It’s built on the overdrive channel of a M*** *****e Mark V, using the EDGE voicing for a powerful, dynamic base tone. To shape the sound, I stacked a Friedman BE-OD with an Ibanez TS808, creating a rich, complex distortion with a hint of crunchy attack.
To make sure you experience the exact tone I do, the profile is captured using my trusted IR/Cab simulation, faithfully recreating the sound you hear in my studio.
As always, my Kemper rig is loaded with my favorite built-in Kemper Reverb, Delay, and stompboxes, so you’ll have an incredible sound right from the start.
