Surf On Steroids Profile

This profile starts with a rich, full-bodied tone from the Clean channel of the M*** *****e Mark V amp, enhanced by the FAT voicing and BOLD switch for a punchy, dynamic sound. I shaped the tone using two graphic EQs—one at the start of the chain to sculpt the foundation and another at the end for final tweaks. Parallel compression with the Wampler EGO pedal and subtle country-style compression via the MXR Dyna Comp bring balance and character.

The result? A Surf profile with irresistible twang that’ll keep you playing for days.

To ensure you hear the exact sound I do, the profile is captured with my reliable IR/Cab simulation, accurately recreating the tone as it sounds in my studio.
